What Are Biorhythms?
With the ability to see where exactly you are with respect to your biorhythms, you can more effectively plan things in your life. For example, you might not want to plan a strenuous workout on the day you are physically low or you might not want to confront someone on a day when you are emotionally high. If you notice that on a day of a test you are intellectually low, study a bit harder. ;-) If you notice you are going to be emotionally and physically low, you might want to take it easy that day, and treat yourself to some relaxation time. Don't schedule job interviews for days on which you're intellecually low and emotionally high. Get the picture?
If you don't want to have to come to this page to remember where you are, you can keep track of your biorhythms on a calendar. Using the chart above, find the day in which you are physically crossing from the low side to the high side. Call this number 1. Mark the next day 2, the day after 3 and so on. When you get to number 23, start back over at 1. Crossing numbers for the physical cycle are 1 and 12.5. Do the same for the emotional and intellectual cycles, restarting when you reach numbers 28 and 33 respectively. Crossing numbers for the emotional cycle are 1 and 15 and for the intellectual cycle, they are 1 and 17.5. The actual high, low or crossing comes at the time of your birth.
